The location is fantastic, just a minute from the subway, with a CVS nearby for essentials. Rooms, while narrow and showing some age, offer comfortable beds and a kitchenette, making the stay more convenient. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and responsive, swiftly addressing our room needs. On the downside, the decor feels outdated and could use some renovation. The overall cleanliness was not up to par. Still, for the price and location, it served our family well.

It was just a good pick for a brief visit in New York with decent value for money. The location right by the ACE train stop was super convenient. Just be aware that the cleaning staff can be quite noisy during the day.

We had a lovely time exploring the High Line park, especially at sunset. The atmosphere was incredible, and it provided a perfect backdrop for family photos. Plus, the hotel’s location was great for strolling to nearby attractions, making it easy to enjoy the city....  

Had an awesome time with my friends! We checked out Greenwich Village and danced the night away at some of the hottest clubs in the area. The High Line Park was perfect for a sunset stroll. Great spot...

Location cannot be beat! ! I stepped out and bam, the subway was right there, taking me wherever I needed to be. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even helped me with my bags like real pros.

However, there’s no elevator, which can be a hassle with the stairs, and the breakfast could use improvement.

The location is fantastic, with Washington Square Park just a short walk away, perfect for those morning strolls, and I loved having so many cozy coffee places nearby, where I could grab the best bagels each day.

The room was pretty decent—comfy bed and clean sheets. It had a microwave and coffee maker, which was nice. The air conditioning worked well but was kinda loud. The shared bathroom was okay, but I didn’t have to wait to use it. Location was great, right near the subway and good food spots. A bit dark and small, though, but it felt like a fair deal for the price.
